MODEL RELEASE FORM
1. Grant of Rights:
The Model grants permission to the Photographer/Producer to take, use, and publish photographs, video recordings, or other media (collectively referred to as "Images") of the Model for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to advertising, marketing, promotional materials, and social media.
2. Usage of Images:
The Model understands and agrees that the Images may be used in various media formats, including but not limited to print, digital, and online platforms, and may be edited, altered, or modified as deemed necessary by the Photographer/Producer.
3. Compensation:
The Model will not receive compensation for the use of the Images.
4. No Further Approval:
The Model acknowledges that no further approval or payment will be required for the use of the Images as specified in this Agreement.
5. Release of Liability:
The Model releases and holds harmless the Photographer/Producer, their agents, representatives, and employees from any claims, demands, or liabilities arising out of or related to the use of the Images, including but not limited to any claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, or infringement of copyright.
6. Termination:
This Agreement may be terminated by either party with written notice. However, any use of the Images made prior to termination will not be affected by such termination.
7. Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of [State], without regard to its conflicts of law principles.
8. Entire Agreement:
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, regarding the subject matter of this Agreement.
